Venture Finance came to us as a business that was doing well, but wanted to do better. They wanted be able to execute social media and search marketing campaigns to generate more leads, whilst being able to easily monitor the costs, reach and results of their campaigns.
They also felt that their existing website would benefit from adjustments to create a better 'conversion funnel' for visitors.
What We Did
The first thing we did was ask a lot of questions about Venture Finance and their customers, and listened to the answers. Key within the information gleaned was the types of finance Venture Finance did not
want to be associated with.
With all this in mind, we optimised their existing Facebook page and initially ran brand awareness campaigns to begin to put Venture Finance back to front of mind with their audience.
We then set up and optimised a Google Adwords account, creating re-marketing audiences (giving us the ability to show ads to users who have already visited their site) for both Facebook and Adwords. Once we had regained awareness, we turned to promotional ads, carefully targeted to Venture Finance's core audience.
Then on the website, we made subtle changes to the layout and calls to action to make sure visitors engaged with the site and moved on to make either an enquiry or an application for a loan.
Underpinning the work was adding Google analytics goal tracking functionality, allowing Venture Finance to see conversions, such as when a visitor to the site performs an action defined as a goal, e.g. submitting an enquiry or application form.
What We Achieved
We had never worked with a finance company before so we were stoked to see that our campaigns were yielding more traffic to their website and more leads for conversion to sales. Venture Finance loved using the new goal conversion data in google Analytics too.
Working from a tight brief from the project owner and within a specific $ budget set for us, we delivered the project within a week and not one cent over the agreed budget.
We're looking forward to continued growth for Venture Finance and to an enduring relationship as their marketing support partner.
